- Acceptance of Terms
By using Frankly Organised’s Chat Bots, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Bot.
- Information Collection
The Bot may collect and store contact information from individuals who have missed a call from our clients. This information may include but is not limited to, names, phone numbers, and any other details provided during the call.
- Consent for Marketing Use
By using the Bot, you acknowledge and agree that the collected information may be used for marketing purposes by Frankly Organised. Individuals will be informed through the messaging system that their information may be used for marketing, and they will have the ability to opt out by replying with the word “STOP” or “byebye”.
- Opt-Out Mechanism
Users who wish to opt out of marketing communications can do so by sending a message with the words “STOP” or “byebye” to the Bot. Upon receiving this message, Frankly Organised will cease any further marketing communications to the individual.
- Data Security
Frankly Organised will take reasonable measures to safeguard the collected information and ensure its confidentiality. However, cannot guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge and accept this risk.
- Third-Party Services
The Bot may integrate with third-party services. Users are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services, and Frankly Organised is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of such services.
- Updates to Terms
Frankly Organised reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Bot will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
