She assists clients with professional business consultancy & mentoring, social media management, crisis and risk mitigation, business development, target market research and copy writing just to name a few.

Mel’s impressive work history spans across private, government and not-for-profit sectors. She has also been a business owner herself for more than 10 years.

Christiane epitomises the saying – good things come in small packages. Short in stature, she’s one tall poppy when it comes to SEO and digital marketing. A specialist in her field, she has a Masters degree in IT and a passion to remain continually up to date with all things related to Google.

Christiane can interpret statistics on website reporting, on and off page SEO like nobody’s business. She is also called upon regularly to audit the work of others with so many clients these days unsure if the services they are paying for are being done correctly.

In-house, Christiane ensures a TQM approach to outgoing websites, making UpSourced one of the few agencies that cares not just about getting a website finished and out the door – but also about the much needed long term SEO sustainability of the business.

If cancer has taught her anything, it’s to always be passionate about life and to fight with everything you’ve got to come out on top. It’s the same attitude that UpSourced hope to instill in their clients.

Tegan’s skill sets and experience enable her to do what a lot of other service providers can’t – and that is to present unique and sometimes fully customised websites that match the client’s requests. Very rarely will you hear ‘that’s not possible’ from Tegan.
